Back in 2014, we opened our first finance brokerage called Shore Finance Ltd. We believed that our business model should be focusing on helping those who needed finance, but couldn’t (or didn’t know how) go to the bank or to a ‘mainstream’ finance company (UDC, marac etc) that didn’t focus on Bad Credit.
We partnered with a few finance companies that shared our core beliefs of trying to help anyone who applied, No matter the situation.
Shore Finance grew almost over night. Dealerships around the north Shore, in Auckland, who had applications they couldn’t get approved anywhere else, would send them to us and we would do our best.
In 2017 as we began to expand, we also decided to re brand our finance brokerage, Shore Finance was a North Shore company, but we wanted to help everyone in Auckland and NZ, So in 2017 The Auckland Loan Company was born (talc ltd), focusing on Car Loans, Debt consolidation, Bad Credit loans, Small cash Loans and Business Finance.
This year we decided that instead of have a one stop shop for all finance, why not break it down a bit to individual brands, so we could really concentrate on helping more people, more efficiently.
We re-designed Motorloans this year to be a stand alone brand, focusing purely on helping Kiwis, Kiwi families and kiwi businesses obtain car loans and vehicle finance quicker, and easier than ever before.
We believe in a system that doesn’t discriminate on situations, that doesn’t throw away Bad Credit Loan applications, but aims to help anyone who applies for finance, no matter their situation, that doesnt promise approvals, but promises that Motorloans will be with them to help them get into a vehicle, either working hard to get their applications approved, or if we can’t, then we will work with the customer to educate, or change their situation so that they can get approved sooner.
Our focus is using technology and the human connection together, to give our customers an instant answer on their application, and then a quick follow up to cement what we are trying to do.
We want everyone who needs a car, bike, truck or Boat to get one as quickly as possible. No unnecessary delays.
